-Take the Crow Canyon Rd. exit from Interstate 680 in San Ramon, California.
-Go West along Crow Canyon Road to the first cross street (a very short distance) which is San Ramon Valley Blvd.
-Turn left onto the boulevard, then immediately right into the Diablo Plaza shopping center.       
-The  shopping center  includes a large Safeway  store and a large CVS/Pharmacy store.
-Bay Books is toward the right end of the center, so turn to the right in front of the CVS Pharmacy at the end of the lane leading into the center. Go about 100 yards. We are two doors beyond JoAnn's Fabrics, on the left.
